It is a well known fact that 1 in 3 Canadians have taken time off work due to mental health. Join Stacey Frost, from Sutton Benefits & Pension, and Christine MacDonald, from Selectpath, between 12 - 1pm EST on September 10, 2024, as they dive into the critical importance of supporting mental health in the workplace. Participants will explore practical strategies and initiatives that managers, HR leaders, disability management professionals, and benefits advisors can implement to promote mental well-being among employees. Through expert insights, attendees will gain valuable knowledge on designing comprehensive mental health benefit programs tailored to their organization's needs.
